Acceptance and eligibility
By using Multi Inference, you agree to these terms. The app is for adults 18 and older in the United States. If that's not you, please don't use it.
The service
Multi Inference is an invite-gated beta. Things will change, sometimes break, and occasionally pause while we work on them. TestFlight builds expire. While we're in beta, we may modify or discontinue features as we learn what the app should be.
Your account
Your account is created via Sign in with Apple. Keep it yours — don't share it or let others use it. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.
Your content
Your photos and messages are yours. You grant us the limited license we need to operate the service for you: to store and process your content, and to display it back to you and to the friends you choose to share with. We don't use your content for anything else.
AI-generated content
Stories are AI-generated fiction made from your photos. Your Multi is an AI, not a human. AI output can be wrong, odd, or incomplete — enjoy it, and use your judgment.
Subscriptions and credits
When paid features launch, billing goes through your Apple account. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew until you cancel them in your Apple settings. The terms shown at the time of purchase apply.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service, reverse-engineer it, scrape it, or spam through it. Don't upload unlawful content, and don't use the service to harm others. Don't upload photos of people unless you have the right to do so.
Likeness
Stories and series are made from the photos you provide, so they feature the real likeness of you and the people in them. By using the service you confirm you have permission to feature the people in your photos, and you are responsible for how you share what the service creates from them.
Termination
You can stop anytime and delete your account in Settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll post the update here and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
